I am a professional wine broker and sell through several outlets.  Occasionally a bottle will have sold through another outlet and will no longer be available for purchase.  I do try to keep the listings as current as possible to avoid this situation.

I open my wines at a price that I find is below retail and fair to both of us, so I am happy to sell all of my wines at the "hammer" price, whatever that amount may be.  

At the completion of each auction, inventory will be reconfirmed.  All wine is subject to remaining unsold. If the wine is not available, you will be notified accordingly.

If you are not comfortable with these conditions, please do not bid on my wines.  I do not want any unhappy customers. It's my goal to become your best source for well stored vintage wine at below market prices.  I appreciate your trust.  You will not be disappointed.

Shipping Information:

Shipping charges will be added to the winning bid price.  Standard shipping is Fed Ex ground from California.  If you win multiple items, shipping charges will be combined.  One bottle is $15, $25/two, $28/three.  A full case is $48 anywhere in the continental US.  Two and three day shipping is available upon request, and will be quoted separately. 

Payment Instructions:

An invoice will be forwarded after the completion of the auction.  PayPal is accepted,  with a 3% handling charge added to the winning bid price.  Personal or corporate checks are subject to a five day bank hold.  Orders not paid seven days from invoice are subject to cancellation.
